Bo Shi is a Vice President at the Blue Venture Fund

Bo is a member of the Board of Directors of Ideal Option, Abacus Insights and Alacura and serves as a Board Observer of Drips.

Bo focuses on data and analytics, enterprise technology, distribution, and payments businesses across all stages from seed to buyout within the healthcare and insurance sectors.

Prior to joining the Blue Venture Fund, Bo was a Vice President at Waud Capital Partners focusing on growth-oriented private equity investments in software, technology and healthcare. He was previously an Associate investing in growth-stage technology and healthcare businesses at Primus Capital and began his career as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting.

Bo holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an AB in Economics from the University of Chicago. He lives in Chicago, IL and enjoys outdoor adventures, Chicago sports (except for football--go Packers!), a good meal, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
