Matt Downs
Matt is Co-CEO of Sandbox Industries and Managing Director of Sandbox Healthcare.
Matt is a member of the Board of Directors of Lumeris, Sempre Health, Somatus, and Solera Health. Previously he served on the Board of Directors of ArroHealth (acquired by Ciox Health), Aspire Health (acquired by Elevance Health), Phreesia (IPO, Ticker: PHR), and Bloom Health (acquired by Elevance Health). Prior to joining Sandbox, Matt was a venture investor with Highland Capital Partners, and worked for Morgan Stanley in its M&A group.
Matt holds a BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
